ChattaTutor is an AI-powered educational platform that helps users learn by breaking down uploaded PDFs into bite-sized lessons, quizzes, and flashcards. Users can also participate in skill-based challenge quizzes with friends or other users.

By creating an account or using ChattaTutor, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that your participation complies with all applicable local laws.

3. Platform Features

ChattaTutor allows users to:

• Upload PDFs or documents for AI summarization and course creation.
• Take quizzes, lessons, and flashcards derived from those documents.
• Create or join skill-based challenge quizzes ("Challenges") with fixed entry fees and non-guaranteed bonus rewards.

4. Challenges and Fees

• Challenge creators pay a non-refundable creation fee to set up a challenge.
• Invited players pay a non-refundable participation fee to join.
• Both participants receive identical questions and equal time limits.
• Winners are determined solely based on skill and score accuracy—no random chance or luck elements exist.
• The platform may grant bonus rewards to the winner(s), calculated at ChattaTutor's discretion based on total challenge fees.

5. Rewards & Bonuses

Bonus rewards are not guaranteed and are treated as promotional incentives, not monetary winnings. All bonuses are distributed through the app wallet or user balance within 2 hours of result confirmation.

6. Refund Policy

All fees (including challenge creation, participation, or subscription fees) are non-refundable, except as required by law.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of uploaded documents and personal content. By uploading, you grant ChattaTutor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process and generate derived educational materials for your personal use within the app.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Upload unlawful or copyrighted material they don't own.
• Attempt to cheat or manipulate quiz outcomes.
• Use ChattaTutor for betting, gambling, or illegal purposes.

9. Intellectual Property

All AI models, algorithms, platform content, and branding belong exclusively to ChattaTutor.

10. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be governed by the laws of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or small claims court where applicable.

12. Disclaimer

ChattaTutor provides its services "as is" without warranties of accuracy, performance, or fitness for a particular purpose.
