Challenge & Reward Policy

1. Challenge Structure

• Each challenge consists of identical quiz questions for all players.
• Time limits and scoring are standardized.
• Scores are verified automatically upon completion.

2. Fees

• Creation Fee: paid by the user initiating a challenge (non-refundable).
• Participation Fee: paid by each invited player (non-refundable).
• Fees are collected for access and operational costs.

All fees are final and non-refundable once paid, except as required by applicable law.

3. Bonus Reward Distribution

• Bonus rewards are granted at ChattaTutor's discretion.
• Typical allocation: up to 80% of total challenge fees may be issued as bonuses.
• Rewards are credited within 2 hours after both players complete the challenge.

4. Ties or Unfinished Games

• In the event of a tie, bonuses may be split equally or forfeited at ChattaTutor's discretion.
• Unfinished games after timeout are forfeited by the absent player.
• Players who do not complete a challenge within the time limit forfeit their participation fee.

5. Fraud Prevention

ChattaTutor reserves the right to withhold or cancel bonuses if fraudulent, collusive, or unfair play is detected.

Examples of prohibited behavior include, but are not limited to:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate results
• Using automated tools or bots to complete challenges
• Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantages
• Sharing answers or coordinating with opponents during challenges
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs

6. Non-Transferability

Bonuses cannot be exchanged for cash, traded, or transferred between users. Bonuses are credited to your account balance and can only be used within the ChattaTutor platform according to our wallet and withdrawal policies.

7. Scoring and Verification

• Scores are calculated automatically based on correct answers and completion time.
• All answers are verified against the source material and AI-generated question keys.
• In case of disputes, ChattaTutor's automated scoring system is final and binding.
• Manual review may be conducted in cases of suspected technical errors.

8. Challenge Cancellation

ChattaTutor reserves the right to cancel challenges in the following circumstances:

• Technical issues that compromise fairness
• Violation of terms by any participant
• Discovery of fraudulent activity
• Force majeure events

In the event of cancellation, participation fees may be refunded at ChattaTutor's sole discretion.
